Litigation Executive Assistant / Office Manager
Hybrid | $75,000 - $90,000

Our client is an established law firm seeking a highly organized Litigation Executive Assistant / Office Manager to provide sole administrative and litigation support for the local office and a team of attorneys. This key role combines legal secretarial, executive assistant, and office management responsibilities in a collaborative, professional environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, filing, and serving legal documents in state, federal, and appellate courts
  • Managing attorney calendars, court deadlines, and docketing systems
  • Coordinating client communications, correspondence, and document production
  • Maintaining case files, records, and pleading indexes
  • Managing office operations, vendors, supplies, and administrative functions
  • Providing executive-level support to attorneys and serving as the primary point of contact for the local office
  • Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of litigation legal secretary or executive assistant experience
  • Strong knowledge of court rules, e-filing, calendaring, and litigation procedures
  • Excellent communication, proofreading, and organizational skills
  • Ability to independently manage competing priorities and office operations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and legal software
